THE BEGINNING
Hello, My name is Matthew Kanengiser, I am a graphic designer and photographer born and raised in New Jersey. Growing up I played multiple sports which took up a huge portion of my life. Sports not only taught me the importance of teamwork and collaboration, but it's the reason I am a competitive person driven for success. Experiences I learned while playing
sports shaped who I am today and made me a strong,
confident person.
THE MIDDLE
I began taking graphic design classes in high school as an elective and I quickly discovered my inner creative abilities. My participation in a student spaceflight experiment program won me recognition for creating the winning patch design which was selected for Mission 9 to the International Space Station. Soon after I knew in my mind what my career path should be and where I would be happiest. I chose to attend Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and achieve a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design.

NOT THE END
I'm a real people-person who will carefully listen to business needs and will proudly produce work that pleases my customers and employers. My post-grad goal is to secure a full-time position as a graphic designer who is dedicated to bringing my unique design style and creativity to the world. Eventually I would like to own a successful creative company that caters to the design needs of businesses around the world.
MY PASSIONS
My main passions are travel and photography. I want to travel across the country, exploring different locations while capturing amazing sites I see with my digital camera. In my travels I aim to examine the creative processes within different cultures. In this way, I continue to evolve as a designer with a very diverse portfolio.
